• Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their own Listings, including material condition, quantity, biodiversity unit assessments, and compliance documentation.

• Payment terms, delivery, collection and haulage arrangements are agreed directly between the transacting Users, facilitated through the Platforms where applicable.

• We provide compliance documentation tools (including Material Management Plans and CO₂e calculations) to support transactions but do not warrant the accuracy of data submitted by Users themselves.

6. Fees and Commission

• Certain transactions on the Platforms may be subject to a commission payable to us by the Merchant, Seller, or other party as set out at the point of transaction.
