Fraser Linaker has 27 years' experience in the UK construction and housebuilding industry, leading commercial and operational teams across both national and regional businesses. He has held senior leadership positions including Commercial Director at Taylor Wimpey and Managing Director of both a regional housebuilder and a groundworks contractor, overseeing projects from land acquisition through to delivery and customer handover.
Drawing on this experience, Fraser founded MukAway.com Ltd - a first-of-its-kind digital platform transforming the sustainable reuse of spoil, topsoil, and aggregates across the UK construction sector. By connecting developers, groundworkers, hauliers, merchants, and environmental specialists, MukAway reduces landfill, lowers carbon emissions, improves ESG performance, and delivers significant commercial savings through intelligent material matching, shared logistics, and real-time reporting.

An award-winning marketing leader with over 25 years’ experience, Ian has driven brand growth for organisations including Balfour Beatty, Cadent/National Grid, GMI Construction Group, and Ofsted. A respected voice in affordable and social housing, he has also shaped communications and stakeholder strategies for leading sector bodies.
Since joining MA Envirotech Group in 2024, Ian has helped establish the brand as a recognised force across construction media. He now leads on partnerships, market growth, and brand strategy championing MA Envirotech Group's mission to deliver smarter, safer, and more sustainable logistics that cut carbon, reduce costs, and streamline site operations.

Ahmed will lead our Technology Department as we continue to strengthen and scale the digital infrastructure behind MA Envirotech Group’s operations across the UK and in support of our future growth plans.
Bringing with him a wealth of experience from a number of big brands, including Cinch, Ahmed is a significant addition to the MA Envirotech Group team and a key part of our long-term vision. His background in technology leadership, innovation, and building scalable, high-performance systems will play a vital role in enhancing our digital capability and supporting the continued evolution of the business.
Working closely with the wider leadership team, Ahmed will help shape and deliver robust, future-ready technology solutions that improve efficiency, support operational excellence, and enable MA Envirotech Group to grow sustainably at scale.

Stephen Newton joins MA Envirotech Group as Technical Manager, bringing over 22 years of experience across housing and civil engineering sectors, working with well-known brands including Miller Homes.
Stephen is a key member of the team and a trusted point of contact for our subscribers, offering deep technical knowledge and practical insight across all aspects of soil and material management. His expertise ensures clients and partners receive clear, reliable guidance grounded in real-world project delivery.
Previously, Stephen played a senior role within a £40m turnover civil engineering business in the North West, contributing to large-scale operations and complex infrastructure schemes. In his advisory capacity to the MA Envirotech Group Board, he continues to provide specialist input that strengthens decision-making and supports the group’s long-term technical strategy.

Mark Stuart joins MA EnviroTech Group as a Non-Executive Director, bringing extensive commercial experience as Joint Managing Director of Stuart Energy Ltd, one of the UK's leading providers of temporary and permanent power solutions.
Working alongside the Executive Team, Mark will help drive strategic growth, strengthen relationships with major infrastructure clients, and support the company's long-term direction.
His partnership also supports the launch of MukPower, MA EnviroTech Group's dedicated power solutions division, expanding the group's integrated offering to include material exchange, waste compliance, and on-site power solutions for the UK construction sector.
