MukAway signs GRAHAM in major three-year, group-wide platform deal

MukAway, the materials management platform from MA EnviroTech Group, has signed GRAHAM to a three-year, group-wide deal - one of the biggest commercial wins in the platform's history.
The agreement brings the whole of GRAHAM onto MukAway, with the platform now positioned as the contractor's number one solution for managing its materials strategy across every live site.
GRAHAM is one of the UK and Ireland's largest privately-owned construction and infrastructure businesses, with a network of offices spanning England, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
The volumes involved were central to the deal. The infrastructure portfolio of GRAHAM across the UK and Ireland moves earth at scale, including some of the UK's nationally significant infrastructure projects, and MukAway's ability to manage that volume of material movement efficiently, transparently, and with full visibility was a decisive factor in the contractor choosing the platform.
Equally decisive was MukAway's ESG dashboard. The tool gives teams at GRAHAM real-time access to sustainability data in a way not previously available to them, translating complex material and carbon information into clear, actionable insight at the point of decision-making.
The commercial terms of the deal reinforce the platform's value proposition. For transactions under 25 miles, the average rate achieved through MukAway works out at below £10 per cubic metre, which is a cost saving that made the switch a straightforward decision for a business operating at the scale of GRAHAM.
The relationship began a month ago when Alastair Lewis of GRAHAM visited the MukAway team at its Birchwood headquarters. The deal was formally signed in Belfast, where MukAway CEO Fraser Linaker and Non-Executive Director Mark Stuart travelled to complete the agreement in person.
Alastair Lewis, Contracts Director, GRAHAM, said:
"We deal in huge volumes of material movement across our infrastructure projects in the UK and Ireland, and we needed a platform that could match that scale. MukAway does exactly that. The ESG dashboard alone has changed how we look at our sustainability performance and for the first time, we've got that data at our fingertips, in a form we can actually use. This deal reflects how central MukAway has become to our materials strategy."
Fraser Linaker, CEO of MukAway, said:
"Signing GRAHAM is a landmark moment for this business. A contractor operating at this scale, across England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales, choosing MukAway as its go-to platform for materials strategy tells you everything about where this industry is heading.
"This isn't just a commercial win for us, it opens up real opportunities for every subscriber on the platform, as volumes from GRAHAM flow through it. We believe this will be a game changer for the business and the industry. To have a heavyweight infrastructure partner bought into the system and so enthusiastic about not only its potential but its here and now capabilities is a major statement to the market."
Ends.
