MukAway lands the big national one as NCE Crown us Software Solutions Provider of Year
Construction Tech Start-Up MukAway has made a huge statement to the market by landing a prestigious New Civil Engineer Award at Park Lane’s Hilton Hotel in front of 1,500 key personnel from the industry.
MukAway, the Warrington-based material sharing platform, was selected by a top board of industry experts over ten other successful construction tech companies to scoop the award for Software Solutions Provider of the Year.
The NCE Awards attracted over 150 entries, with 123 shortlisted and reviewed by a panel of more than 90 judges.
Following a rigorous judging process that involved a submission and presentation at Emap’s offices in London, MukAway emerged as the winner.
The judges praised the North West company for its deep understanding of the waste disposal challenges facing developers and civil engineering sites, from rising regulatory costs and taxation to fuel, sustainability and ESG pressures.
A statement provided by NCE read: “Their industry-transformation tool connects donor waste to receiver sites, enabling soil to move within a circular economy at zero cost with savings for all parties - a genuinely revolutionary approach with the potential to reshape how the sector thinks about waste.”
